Notice the branch of the military goes below the captain's name.
Doctor = Doctor
Lawyer = Esquire
Professor =
Professor Alfred J. Bernini
or Alfred J. Bernini, Ph.D
Judge = The Honorable Robert Mendelson
Mayor =
The Honorable Steven Silverton,
Mayor of Greensboro
Miss = Miss Isabella Regan (for young women under 18)
Ms. = Ms. Jacqueline Mohr (for women over 18)
Minister = The Reverend Peter Paulson
Priest = Father Patrick McHugh
Rabbi = Rabbi Jacob Nadel
